At The Skin Fairy™, we are committed to ensuring that your products arrive safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below for more information:

SHIPPING METHOD
We ship all orders via USPS Standard Shipping and occasionally via UPS Ground. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

SHIPPING FEES
We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99. For orders of $200+ shipping is free. Applicable fees will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.

LOCAL PICKUP
For our local customers, we offer the option to pick up your order at either of our skincare studio locations. Simply select "Local Pickup" during checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Orders are typically prepared same day. However, please note our business hours.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@theskinfairy.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
